His background combines legal expertise with executive leadership, offering clients practical insight beyond traditional legal advice, and helping them launch innovative products, negotiate strategic partnerships, and scale from startup phase to market leadership.

Corporate and Commercial Counsel

Jeffrey’s corporate practice includes advising clients on contract drafting and negotiation, business and investment transactions, licensing, data privacy, AI usage, and risk management.

He has extensive experience negotiating and enforcing a wide range of commercial agreements, including those relating to technology development and transfers, asset purchases, fundraising, licensing, sales and marketing, vendor relations, and confidentiality.

His litigation experience includes significant victories in breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, business divorce, insurance coverage, general liability, and other contested matters.

Executive Leadership and Technology Experience

In addition to his legal practice, Jeffrey has held senior executive leadership roles, including as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for a leading consumer technology company.

A recognized leader in the technology and startup community, Jeffrey serves as a Board Member for the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) Entrepreneur Council. In that role, he contributes insights and support to entrepreneurs and founders on emerging issues including technology, privacy, regulatory developments, fundraising, and business strategy.
